Senior Associate – Partnership

The candidate will be responsible for developing corporate relationship and implement the strategy for partnership growth and success, including a strategy for processes such as, partners on-boarding, management and reporting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and Build Corporate relationships and ensure engagement throughout the year
- Promotes the vision and objectives of the Thuvakkam Strategic Plan to external and stakeholders.
- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners, supporters and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
- Develops strategic partnership building approaches with government, donors, civil society, corporate and stakeholders
- Ensures excellent relations with key government partners and put in place systems that maintain them
- Proposal preparation & submission based on the needs & deal closure
- Closely monitoring Corporate requirements and come up with solutions accordingly
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-branded content promotions and marketing
- Maintains a database of information relating to partners and donors, individual requirements and goals, and such other details as are relevant to the development and maintenance of those partnerships.

Accountant
Accountant is responsible for finance-related tasks that are primarily associated with preparing, organizing, and maintaining financial records and ensuring financial statements are accurate.
Job description:
- Receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments
- Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements
- Creating periodic reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements and such financial statements
- Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts
- Organize, compile, and maintain all accounting records and financial filing documents
- Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Knowledge of returns for NGO, FCRA, e-TDS, Service Tax, Profession tax, GST accounting and filing
Qualification Required:
- Preferred background – B.Com or M.Com.
- Minimum 4 years experience, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations, procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plan and execute their scope of work, including mobilizing the material, people and other project resources required to run the programs properly
- Coordinate teams on site and be responsible for the on-site project execution.
- Supervise the resources and materials on site for efficient execution
- Manage on-site requirements of the project by coordinating with locals and administrative authorities
- Document and report daily work and weekly progress with the team and managers
Qualification Required:
