Identifying right beneficiaries' for a foundational Impact

As part of our Bunk Shop Project with Xoriant, the Thuvakkam Delhi NCR team connected with officials from the Jaipur Corporation, including the DC and City Mission Manager, which further helped us reach SHGs and local NGOs. We have our team member, Mr. Piyush interacting for our baseline survey at Dudu Village, where we are interacting with women and assessing socio-economic vulnerability, disability inclusion, and other key criteria to ensure the support reaches those who need it most. Special thanks to Sangharsh for being the primary local support in the village. 

Social Audit Visit - Kammeta, Telangana

Kammetta, Telangana: Mr. Tulasi das from SAN India visited the Hayat a bad Urban Forest for a social audit, engaging local leaders, villagers, and the gardener. The team reviewed project progress, up keep, and community involvement. He expressed satisfaction with the site and appreciated the strong support. 

Community Meetings to strengthen the grassroots

Thuvakkam is collaborating with the Azim Premji Foundation for our futuristic project on restoring water resources, improving irrigation & income and safe drinking water access, benefiting ~2200 vulnerable households in 14 villages across 4 Gram panchayats in the Mudhukulathur block, Ramanathapuram Dt., Tamil Nadu. The purpose of the program is to create and restore water resources, improve irrigation-based agriculture income, and provide safe and adequate drinking and domestic water, benefitting ~2200 vulnerable households  

Potential Problem statement scouting in Rajasthan

The Thuvakkam team — Ms. Jeba Rupavathi, Mr. Balamurugan S, and Mr. Piyush Singh had a meeting with Mr. Manish Agrawal, Mission Manager, Greater Jaipur Municipal Corporation, to discuss collaborative opportunities towards sustainable urban development and community-driven initiatives. The interaction focused on strengthening partnerships, exploring impactful civic engagement models, and identifying possibilities for future projects.
