Waste Matters! – Waste Perception Survey Drive

Waste Matters! The Waste Perception Survey Drive is a community-based public engagement initiative designed to understand people’s awareness, attitudes, practices, and concerns regarding waste generation and waste collection systems. This event mobilises volunteers to directly interact with park visitors, commuters, and local communities through structured surveys and conversations.

This initiative aims to gather valuable grassroots data on public perceptions of waste management, segregation practices, disposal habits, civic responsibility, and expectations from local bodies and service providers. By engaging communities through dialogue rather than observation alone, the program seeks to bridge the gap between citizens and sustainable waste management practices.
